We can ship parcels to most countries, but some areas cannot be delivered, the reason is that it is affected by Local Customs Policy or Domestic E-cigs Related Policy, we aren't allowed to ship e-cigs to these areas. If you cannot find your countries on the lists when you choose the Country. That means we cannot ship the parcel to you. On the contrary, which means we can ship the parcel to you.
