Because there is a need time to get the tracking number from DHL, so we will update your order within 1 day after your order be shipped out. The tracking number will be emailed to you as well. If you haven't received our notification after more than 5 days, please contact us on time.

If you still wanna the parcel, please require the DHL to send it to you. If you wanna get a refund, please complain to the DHL and you will get a Complaint Processing number, please email it to us. Then we will contact the DHL to apply for compensation. Finally, we will refund you all payment.
We can ship parcels to most countries, but some areas cannot be delivered, the reason is that it is affected by Local Customs Policy or Domestic E-cigs Related Policy, we aren't allowed to ship e-cigs to these areas. If you cannot find your countries on the lists when you choose the Country, which means we cannot ship the parcel to you. On the contrary, which means we can ship the parcel to you.
