> USA  area: 20-30 days if ship from China;4-6 business days if ship from the US warehouse
> Another area: About 20-30 days 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will email you the tracking number within 2 working days after ship your parcel(Except holidays and weekends). You can track your order by entering https://www.17track.net/en#nums

RETURNING ISSUE
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you have been through 30 days after receiving the items(refer to delivery date), unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange service.

Please contact us for a refund or exchange products, we will respond you within 2 working days. Please don't return any items to the sender directly. 

Exchange or Return due to customer's personal reasons: only brand new and un-opened items are acceptable. (please don't tear the plastic wrapping paper off) 

Exchange:Customer has to pay for return shipping fee and re-ship shipping fee

Return:Customer has to pay for return shipping fee and if the order is free shipping,then we have to deduct the shipping fee from the refund.

Wrong items reveived:
Please contact us before return,we will refund or exchange products to you once we receive and check the product. We will afford all shipping fees.
Broken items received:
