SHIPPING AREA
We ship to most of the world(Except some countries). Just purchase and enjoy our service, and we'll ship your goods to your door.

SHIPPING TIME
> US: Most of the items will be shipped our from our USA Wearhouse, so the shipping time is about 3-5 days. partial items (especially new items) need 7-9 days. 
Russia: About 15-20 days 
Other Countries: Because the ship out place in Hong Kong, China, so the shipping time is about 7-10 days, except some remote regions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will email you the tracking number within 2 working days after shipped your parcel(Except holidays and weekends). You can track your order by entering these 2 websites:

CUSTOMS ISSUE
When your parcel is customs inspection, the DHL will inform you by email, please go through customs on time or your parcel will be returned back. We will be responsible for half of the customs fees, the only thing you need to do just contact local customs and provide related information.
After you paid the fee of passing Customs, please email us the bill and your Paypal account or Credit card, we will transfer you the fee within 4 working days.

RETURNING ISSUE
If you just don't want this product:
Please return them back to us, and we will refund or change products to you once we receive and check the product. (PS: We only accept un-used item, if you have opened and used the item, it not included in range of supporting return) You need to afford the shipping fees of returning back.
If you received wrong items:
Please return them back to us, and we will refund or change products to you once we receive and check the product. We will afford all shipping fees.
If you received broken items:
Please contact our after-sale service to deal with the issue, Email address: support@lostvape.com

REFUND ISSUE
We support a full refund before your order shipped out.
But there are 2 types of refunds after your order being shipped out or received.
> Full refund: un-opened items (please don't tear the plastic wrapping paper off)
> Partial refund: opened items (the plastic wrapping paper has been torn off)
PS: the reason why we care about whether the plastic wrapping is torn off is that this is the only way to check if the item is used. And we can sell it to another client who needs the item if it wasn't be opened otherwise we only can leave it in our US warehouse.
We will refund you after we receive your requirement or receive and check the item you returned back.
